I hereby release and discharge Georgetown International Services, its agents, employees and officers from all claims, demands, actions, judgments, and executions which the undersigned's heirs, executors, administrators or assigns may have or claim against Georgetown International Services, its successors or assigns, for all personal injuries known or unknown, and injuries to property, real or personal, caused by or arising out of the aforementioned sports activities, or any other activities run by Georgetown International Services, which are incidental or necessary thereto.

I further authorize Georgetown International Services, its agents, employees and officers to arrange for any emergency medical care or treatment which may be required as a result of participating in the aforementioned activities, and agree to hold Georgetown International Services, free and harmless for any claims, demands, or suits for damages for any injury or complications whatever which may result from such treatment. I also grant Georgetown International Services permission to use all pictures and video that might be taken during events, trips, and activities organized by Georgetown International Services, for the purpose of promoting Georgetown International Services.
